Raymond:Fisk and Vanderbilt University

Interviewer: In your opinion, what would make you a good teacher?
Raymond:An organizer, a fun guy, fair, understanding

Interviewer: Would your students be focused or not?
Raymond:Focused

Interviewer: If not, how would you get them to focus?
Raymond:I would tell them how important school is..
